If youre a nerd for baseball than this game is for you They use made up players so its difficult to names and positions right away but youll eventually fall in love

Siming is ok. But I like to manage in game and this game is horrendous to play. My team gets 3-4 base hits a game and scores 1-2 runs even against 1 star pitchers while my 5 star pitchers get shelled by 1 star batters repeatedly.

Fun to play for dynasty nuts

Pretty solid game! Lots of replay-ability and depth. Interface is pretty simple. Would be nice to have some sort of multiplayer option...but that maybe too much to ask for...

Still a nice game, very solid but no true editor that I can see. Would love to see that added.

Have been following this franchise for the last 8 years or so, and have been pleased since day 1. For mobile version would like the in game sim options to, try to stretch a double to triple, send runner from third on a fly ball/ extra base hit. Could use some minor tweaks here and there, but for the most part best sports sim out there.

I love this game. I bought this years and last years versions but Id love to see other sports, especially NFL and NBA.

Good simple that can take a bit to fully untap its potential

Not much different from last year, but the game remains dominant above any pretenders out there. Its a fantastic way to enjoy the game and is just as entertaining as the bigger version.

Love the strategy and control. I wish they generated stats for minors so you could be better informed on call ups. No game like it, buy it every year. Love they added licenses a few seasons back

great game still wish you could actually play. Overall same game as last, also wish there was a way to scout players for the draft kinda like Madden 16 dynasty mode where it shows combine results

Despite what is posted in the ootp forum, this game does not work on iPad Pro. Shame they are allowed to continue to sell a game that doesnt work ( one that I have bought for 3 years). Quit saying its the iPads problem, and fix it or quit selling it. Refund?

Wheres the update to fix this? I have the game installed on a current generation iPad mini and a full size iPad 3, so its not the previously identified iPad pro issue. Game play is fine, but its hard to enjoy when it crashes 2 out of every 3 times at launch. Read your reviews OOTP and fix this app.

Great sim game!

The game is awesome for those who are all into stats and controlling the game. All the rosters and even the minor league teams are up to date. There are lots of options, even the option to do a fantasy draft. You can take your time and go play by play or just simulate the whole season and see how you did. I would highly suggest this for anyone who loves baseball.

I grew up playing APBA and Strat-o-matic baseball games and this brings the same fun and enjoyment that the card and dice games did. I had some problems getting in-app purchases from an older version into newer versions and had given up hope ever getting the developer to respond. However recently I was contacted by a new person in their customer support group who provided extensive help and now I have my historical seasons available in the 2016 version.

Its a great baseball sim, really addictive and a great challenge

Best baseball simulator I have seen on a mobile device. Only one big problem that could be fixed rather easily: minor league levels and stats. We need to have an entire farm system to play and build up players with. Then I would like to see random rule or league expansions like on the computer OOTP 17. It would be cool to also have the Rule 5 draft and International Free Agency. Other than those details this game is top of the line!
